We want you to be completely satisfied with your Oribe purchase; however, if you are not satisfied, we accept returns of products purchased directly from Oribe.com within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your return package.
Pack and Ship
Place the products in their original box or a sturdy mailing container and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
